Doomsday Clock Issue 1 Review and Analysis

Doomsday Clock Issue 1 Review and Analysis by Tom Kwei and Deffinition

Doomsday Clock Issue 1 is finally out on shelves. After seeing all of the brilliant press it was getting we decided to jump in and analyse the new DC Watchmen Story. If you’ve been listening to our podcast ‘Watching The Watchmen‘ then you know we absolutely love the original series, so it will be interesting to see how it does with an update. Featuring the first appearance of Superman in a Watchmen Story, this book smashes the Vertigo series and DC heroes together. For better or worse.

We offer fan theories and go through the first issue panel by panel breaking down our thoughts on the work by Geoff Johns. Because this is a Doomsday Clock Story Recap podcast there will be HEAVY SPOILERS. So, if you want to enjoy the book unspoilt we suggest you read it before listening to this episode.
